Ordering from Quality Car Interior

  • We accept orders online or by phone.
  • Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover are all acceptable forms of payment.
  • Soon we will accept PayPal, Yeah!
  • Money Orders and Cashier's Checks will also be accepted for phone orders from customers in the USA.
  • All orders coming from outside the USA must be made with one of the major credit cards listed above.
  • We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Ordering Over The Internet

  • Ordering over the Internet is safe, easy, and completely secure. When you order from Quality Car Interior over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.
  • We do not sell your name, address, phone number or any other information about you.
  • Within a few hours of placing your online order, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation, be sure check your Spam and/or Trash folder first for the confirmation. If after 12 hours you have not received an email confirmation, call us (Named Anchor link to contact us) to confirm your order.
  • Some specials, discounts, and shipping costs may NOT be shown correctly on the confirmation but WILL be reflected on your final invoice. Be sure to review your final invoice and call us immediately with questions or concerns.

  • Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of every price published on our website, we are human and sometimes mistakes are made. If this should occur, the correct price of the item will be charged. Please review your final invoice.

Shipping Details

Domestic shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are not charged shipping at checkout and will be contacted via email with exact shipping charges. Most standard domestic shipping rates range between $12.00 and $40.00. However, several items (dash covers, headliners, door panels, carpet kits with mass backing, etc.) are over-sized and will be charged accordingly.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders Please review our International Shipping Chart. Keep in mind the chart is ESTIMATED charges, we will contact you via email with exact shipping charges for your order.

If you have a question as to whether an item is over-sized, and it is not marked so, please email or call us at 866-258-6825. We ship ground via UPS or FedEx in order to get the best rate and delivery time possible depending on where the items are being shipped from and shipped to. For International orders, please email or call us for exact shipping charges.

All orders are custom manufactured to your specifications. What does this mean to you? It means your order is "fresh" off the production line just for you. You will be receiving the highest quality product available because we know your car is not just a vehicle you simply drive. Your order will typically ship within 2 business days however, dash covers, door panels, armrests, headliners and sun visors may take as long as 10 business days, from the date the order is received. We do our best to protect your merchandise however if an item is damaged during delivery, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier and notify QCI so we can get out a replacement. Depending on the item(s) you purchased, your shipment may arrive in more than one package. Most of the time your order will be shipped directly from the factory.

Door Panels, Dash Covers, Door Armrests, and Headliners are shipped from our Nevada Factory. This map shows you how many BUSINESS days UPS / FedEx estimates your order should take to arrive after we manufacture and ship it. Most Door Panels, Dash Covers, Door Armrests, and Headliners are manufactured CUSTOM for your order, and are painted and color matched. Color matching generally takes between 5-7 business days before your item ships to ensure quality and correctness:

Returns

Prior to returning an item, you must emailcs@qualitycarinterior.com us for a Return Authorization Number. Items received without an authorization will NOT be accepted. Please keep in mind due to the infinite number of color possibilities, returns will not be accepted due to color correctness unless it is a manufacturing defect. If you do not feel comfortable with the color displayed on this website, before placing an order, please request a sample and we will be happy to mail one out to you. You may also send us a sample of your color and we will match it as closely as possible. However, we will not be able to send you back a sample of the match before your item is manufactured.

  • Custom made products are not returnable because they are unique for your automobile, just think about it... who else would buy Lime Green Ford Pinto floor mats with a embroidered tiger?
  • The item must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • Items ordered incorrectly will be accepted for return or exchange, however a restocking fee will apply for any reason other than manufacturing issues or defects.

With all returns, please include: Your name, shipping address, your invoice (order number) and an explanation of why you are returning the item. Also, please make sure the merchandise is insured for the value of the item(s) being returned.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 72 hours from the date the item was received so please make sure you immediately inspect the item very carefully upon arrival. This is for your protection. It is our goal to have your experience exceed your expectations.
